Pro Action's 9th Shining Stars Recognition Dinner was held on May 28, 2009 at the Lakeside Country Club in Penn Yan, NY. Volunteers, Community Partners and Businesses were recognized and honored for their contributions to Pro Action and their support of our mission "to promote the creation of quality family life, self-sufficiency, and the ability to thrive for all people in our community."
