C.A.$.H. Creating Assets, Savings and Hope is what the C.A.S.H. Program is about.  A collaboration of several non-profits, this program is designed to help local people claim the Earned Income Credit by providing free state and federal income tax preparation.  Trained volunteers provide the tax preparation services.  The C.A.S.H. program has the combined effect of providing families with resources to take steps to improve their lives and filtering dollars into our local economy.

Summer Feeding Program:  The Summer Feeding Program was established to provide free, nutritious meals to children under 19 years of age residing in the Hornell area during summer recess.  Meals are served in several locations including area parks and schools.  The community sites are open to all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, religion or disability.  Adult supervision is available at all times.
